All orders are shipped from NSW, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

As this is a small business run by myself, please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order. Once processed, your package will be dropped off at the post with your choice of standard or tracked shipping. 

Please note that during and after seasonal sale and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to be processed.

Tracked Shipping (For bulky items)

International

  • $7 flat rate for orders under $150

Returns Policy

Online Purchases

Returns can only be accepted if:

  • You request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition, including gift boxes and packaging.

Returns are not accept if:

  • Sale Items: I do not offer refunds on sale items unless the product is faulty, in which case I will provide a full refund (this excludes the 10% welcome code or items purchased using a discount/promo code).
  • Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept any returns on wearable goods, unless the item is faulty, in which case I will provide a full refund.
  • Custom items: All items that are engraved or customised are not eligible for a return.
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers

Please note: All return items will be inspected and quality checked when received. It remains at my discretion as to whether the item will be accepted for refund based on the conditions above. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Unapproved Returns

Items returned without approval for a refund will not be accepted or refunded. Refunds are not eligible for items showing wear or tear.

Warranty

Warranty

All of Orion's jewellery is personally quality checked during packing by me. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault.

All items purchased from Orion comes with a 6 month warranty. This means that for 6 months from the date of purchase, I'll take care of your piece if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewellery occurs. This does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use and storage of your piece, or any modification to your piece done by a third party.

Making a Valid Warranty Claim

To claim the benefit of this Warranty, you must:

  1. Inform me through the return portal here once you discover the products are defective. Provide proof of purchase, a description, and photos of the claimed defect.
  2. In the event of a request, you must return the items inclusive of all packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation.
  3. Supply any other data reasonably requested to evaluate your claim.

When This Warranty Applies and When It Does Not

Orion's jewelry requires gentle handling per the product care instructions. So, this Warranty does not cover any defect which is caused (or partly caused) or contributed to, by any:

  1. loss of your products
  2. Chain breakage (unless caused by improper workmanship or materials)
  3. Reasonable wear and tear of your products, including tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery
  4. Acts of omissions, accidents, or negligence by you or any third party not engaged by us
  5. Neglecting to adhere to instructions regarding your products
  6. Use of your products otherwise than for use specified by me
  7. Continued use of your products (where such use is not reasonable) after any defect in your products becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonable person
  8. Failure to report any product faults promptly upon identification
  9. In the case of force majeure, events like war, terrorism, or earthquake are beyond our control.
